lovely sea view getaway
super clean room friendly staff lovely patio
i found the rooms super clean with lovely presentation i saw beautiful views overlooking the english channel the staff were friendly and cute manjyot the manager really were very good i am happy with the peaceful nice getaway i experienced. i noticed the hotel staff were eager to assist with any extras i needed i also observed the location is wonderful in the heart of the area everything was within walking distance. i really appreciate the ground level sea view room it was spacious and a joy to stay in the patio and garden area outside looked clean very pleasant and quiet.

the hotel is situated conveniently near the lift accessing the esplanade making the beach easily reachable it is useful for anyone wanting quick access to the shore and surrounding attractions. this provides easy access.

my twin room featured comfortable beds with crisp linens and ample storage space i also saw the bathroom had fresh towels and essential toiletries such as soap and shampoo providing convenience. it was a comfortable stay.

i saw the reception staff were helpful in arranging taxis and providing directions they were attentive to our needs they also answered our questions i found them to be friendly and accommodating to requests we made.

spacious room captivating sight staff kindness easy access
My stay included a spacious, meticulously kept double room. The views from the balcony offered glimpses of the sea. That sight was captivating. The staff demonstrated kindness and an eagerness to help.. The hotel's proximity to the beach lift made the shore easily accessible.
The room walls could use some soundproofing as noises from adjacent rooms were quite audible at times.

I enjoyed a good choice of full English breakfasts with an offer of continental options as well. The dining room had efficient staff. They were quick in serving the many guests during peak hours. The food quality was very good.

The hotel benefits from a cliff-top setting and great views. The sandy beach below is accessible via the lift near the hotel. The location is also conveniently close to the town, giving easy access to various restaurants.

An indoor swimming pool added to the appeal. It was heated for year-round use. The hotel bar served a good selection of drinks, catered by helpful staff. Disabled parking was easily arranged upon request.

the staff were warm and cute i found them really accommodating rooms were clean and perfect for what i needed.
i have just come to this hotel the food is very poor the service is very poor. the hotel is not any good for people with a disability because there are stairs everywhere.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. i was able to leave my things in the lobby before check-in, so i did not have to take them with me. breakfast was good.
i received the wrong room when i arrived. instead of a garden and sea view, i had a room overlooking the pool roof? i had to accept a family room. the bar was not open for the entire stay. there was no nearby bar except on the esplanade, it closed early.

surprisingly GREAT stay
helpful staff big change modern room
the staff are very helpful. Manjot helped us with our luggage. the rooms are now more modern, and it's more clean.
the SHAver point in the bathroom did NOT work. it NEEDS to be fixed soon. i COULD NOT shave in my room.
